How You’ll Make an Impact

Design, configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud and Workforce Compensation modules to meet evolving business requirementsDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries and reports for data metrics, validation and survey analysisLead and support annual merit and bonus cycles, ensuring seamless execution and process improvementCreate, execute and document test scripts for unit and system integration testing based on functional specificationsCollaborate with the compensation team to troubleshoot, resolve issues and implement effective solutionsDeliver systems-related training to stakeholders at various organizational levelsContribute to SOX compliance audit initiatives and support systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience

5+ years in a HR technology or analytical role
