Senior HR Manager

Job Title: Senior Manager HR & Administration

Role Overview

The Manager – HR & Administration will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end human resource functions and administrative operations of the organization. The role focuses on building efficient HR systems, ensuring statutory compliance, managing employee relations, and maintaining smooth administrative support to enhance organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit management. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals. Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent. Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to build a high-performance culture. Oversee performance management systems, goal setting, and appraisal processes. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions. Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other regulatory requirements. Support leadership with HR analytics, manpower planning, and workforce strategy.
 

Administration

Manage overall office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Oversee housekeeping, security, travel management, and office infrastructure. Monitor administrative budgets, procurement, and cost control measures. Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, documentation, and record management. Coordinate with internal departments to provide administrative support for business operations.
 

Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Manage contract management, documentation, and audits related to HR and administration. Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reporting.

Qualifications
 

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or related field. 10–15+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in manufacturing or corporate environments.
