About the Role:
Reporting to the Sr. Director Human Resources, the Sr. Human Resources Manager, will act as a coach and an advisor to front line managers and as an advocate for our associates. You will be part of a dynamic HR team that is highly involved in the developing of strategy to address pertinent business issues. You will gain business understanding by going to GEMBA, and participating in Problem Solving Process (PSP) and functional Kaizen, etc.
If you are interested in doing meaningful, cutting-edge HR work, then this is the place for you! This role is hybrid, based at Delft in The Netherlands but it’s a Global role taking care of associates in Europe, India and Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Developer
Lead the Veralto organization and talent processes within your client group. You will thoroughly know the talent, advocate, and champion talent moves, support the development of future leaders, cultivate, and attract external candidates.
Consultant & Coach
Based on the deep knowledge of the client group and the talent and organization priorities, provides counsel to their people leaders and teams.
Ensures compliance with employee related local law, HR & Company policies.
Champions Veralto/OTT HydroMet’s culture and sets the tone to foster positive associate relations.
Process Execution
Understand and interpret key HR KPI’s. Develop action plans and counter measures to address any gaps.
Coach managers on effective process execution (Performance for Growth (P4G), Development for Growth (D4G), etc.).
Employee Advocate
Act as an advocate for associates driving positive employee relations, supporting issues resolution, and building an impactful associate experience.
Change Agent
Guide and support leaders through change management processes, providing frameworks and tools for effective change.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
7+ years of HR leadership experience in diverse industries (tech, healthcare, and manufacturing)
Experience in leading teams through transformations/change processes
Substantial experience in collaborating with teams with diverse international backgrounds
Structured and data-driven way of working; solid financial acumen
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills by attracting top talent, developing high performers, and holding people accountable for performance.
High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness to operate within a global organization, while also engaging effectively across an experienced global peer group.
Entrepreneurial spirit and continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English and Dutch is a must; any other language is a plus
Travel up to 30% including international.

Partner with the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, programs, and policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
