What You’ll Do

As a key member of our global HR IT team, you will:

Lead strategic HR IT initiatives with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Drive the implementation and enhancement of solutions across the broader HR IT landscape, including both SAP and non-SAP applications supporting Talent Management, Learning & Development, Feedback processes, Travel Management, Document Management, and Workforce Analytics.Own the full project lifecycle: from roadmap definition to rollout, including stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and internal resource management.Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI-powered features and automation within SAP SuccessFactors and beyond.Optimize user experience by improving business processes and UI/UX design.Promote global collaboration by sharing best practices and fostering knowledge exchange across our HR communities.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Academic degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in Employee Central or another core moduleStrong understanding of HR business processes and how to translate them into scalable, user-centric IT solutionsPassion for data, digitalization, and AI in HRBusiness fluent English (spoken and written)High initiative and the ability to drive projects independentlyStrong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
