Senior HR Information System Analyst

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

Lead the Business Team in analyzing HR processes and system requirements, designing technical (including AI) solutions, coordinating with IT and vendors, do the system testing, and ensuring smooth system deployment & process implementationLead & handle multiple complex projects both locally and globallySupport the manager in team monitoring, including resource planning and analysis, while providing technical guidance to the teamConduct regular audits of P&C data and systems using appropriate tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain complete project documentation from initiation to post go-live, aligned with standard project management and audit requirementsAssist users in understanding new system flows, features, and mechanisms to ensure internal team readiness before application launch. Provide support during the hypercare period and facilitate a smooth transition to business-as-usual operationsEnsure existing interfaces between P&C systems and other local and global systems are properly monitored and maintainedProactively propose and implement innovations, including AI-driven solutions, as part of continuous improvement initiatives related to technical solution

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

College/University Degree in Information Technology/Computer ScienceHas experience and knowledged in Excel, PeopleSoft Oracle, Oracle SQL, and SuccessFactorsAt least 2 years professional experience in IT ideally combined with P&C is a plusKnowledge in Change Management, P&C processes and systems, and other Technology (i.e AI solution, Python, etc.)  are a plusExcellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must (both in English and Bahasa IndonesiaExcellent in communication and able to manage diverse stakeholdersAble to connect the dots and have a good strategic thinking
