The Senior HR Business Partner vacancy is positioned in the D&E Hardware HR Team and, more specifically, responsible for the D&E Electronics Development Cluster (~1000 employees).

Role and responsibilities
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will work together with the management team and will directly support them, e.g. by implementing HR strategies, ensuring aligned execution of corporate processes and aligning with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Work strategically with business leaders to identify and deploy creative workforce (planning) and talent focused solutions to key business challenges in Electronics DevelopmentAdvise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the businessContribute actively to growth and development of people leaders to execute against organizational talent needsAdvise and facilitate in the field of team- and organizational performance and design as well as in change managementDrive HR agenda, deploy HR policies and help the business to run the HR operationsAdvocate the organizational values and coach leaders and employees on the right behaviors. Act as a role modelNext to that, you are also leading a team of 3-4 experienced HR Business Partners, supporting them in their development and creating a foundation for them to successfully act in their roles.
Education and experience
You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.You have 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business.You have proven yourself to be a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to senior business leadersYou bring knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.You have experience or a strong ambition to manage a team of talented HR Business PartnersSpeaking English fluently is a must.Skills

This role is a full-time position (40 hours). Working part-time could be possible in case you're available for at least 4 days a week.
