• Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent for leaders and people managers,\nenhancing the employee experience.\n• Collaborate on employee development with leaders/people managers to ensure key\nworkforce skills and capabilities are identified and developed to meet future market demand.\n• Develop and implement HR initiatives in collaboration with leaders and people managers,\nensure compliance with local employment laws, and drive company culture.\n• Drive organizational development and change effectively trough comprehensive\nunderstanding of HR processes.\n• Interact proficiently with leaders and employees, aligning HR practices with business\nobjectives and ensuring successful change management implementation.\n• Be recognized as an expert in relevant HR practices, prioritize initiatives, build strong\nstakeholder relations, influence mindset trough cultural inclusion, and analyze employee data\nstrategically.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as psychology, HR, business, or\ncommunications from an accredited institution.\n• Demonstrable experience in roles such as HR Partner, Senior HR Generalist, preferably in a\nmanufacturing or innovation development environment.\n• Detailed knowledge of HR practices and processes in Slovenia\n• Proven ability to support and coach leaders through complex initiatives, along with\nexperience in a global matrixed environment.\n• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, coupled with excellent collaboration and\ncommunication skills.\n• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adept at facilitating\nvirtual and face-to-face interactions with a direct approach.\n• Fluency in English.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $50.48/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
