Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team and lead the design and execution of forward-thinking people strategies that support our business transformation and growth.
In this high-impact role, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent — and foster a culture of continuous growth and engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Shape the People Strategy: Develop and implement a holistic People Strategy for assigned business groups that aligns directly with organizational goals and drives measurable business outcomes.Drive Talent Outcomes: Design and execute talent strategies that focus on attracting high-potential candidates, accelerating development, and retaining top talent through engaging and inclusive programs.Lead Core HR Processes: Oversee end-to-end execution of HR programs such as Talent & Succession Reviews (TAR/SPL), Annual Salary Review (ASR), Performance Management, and Bonus Planning — ensuring integration and alignment across functions.Turn Data into Action: Leverage workforce analytics to make informed recommendations that elevate talent development, engagement, and retention — delivering insights that matter to leadership.Future-Proof the Workforce: Collaborate with leaders to build the capabilities needed now and in the future. Identify skill gaps, inform learning strategies, and support targeted development aligned with competency models and performance goals.Be a Trusted HR Advisor: Act as a thought partner and consultant to senior leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.Elevate Culture & Engagement: Partner with leaders and employees to strengthen work relationships, drive morale, and support an inclusive culture where people thrive and stay.Collaborate Across the Business: Connect and align with other business uits and divisions at the site (Fh/Ply) and in the region. Contribute to broader organizational initiatives, change efforts, and HR projects.QualificationsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor degree5+ years professional experience in a HR rolePreferred Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in a HRBP roleOrganizational Development & Change Management prior experience is preferred. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationEffective leadership, communication, organizational and change management skillsAble to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the businessDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as ability to work independently and self-directedProcess oriented with continuous improvement focusRelationship management, effective negotiation and influencing skillsProven analytical skillsAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
