Job Description

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

· Minimum 12years of experience in road and highway engineering, with proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects

· Have full professional experience in designing the roads and highway and interchanges/intersections using Civil 3D based on the traffic studies

· Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such AutoCAD Civil 3D

· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

· In-depth knowledge of GCC and international highway design standards and regulations

· Experience in sustainable and innovative road design techniques

· Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects through Middle East region

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team

· collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· experience in delivering BIM infrastructure projects

· Excellent communication skills

· problem solving

· Adopt QA/QC checking procedure following the company policy

· Preparing the technical reports/presentations

· interacting with other disciplines, clients as well

· preparing scope of work and design criteria
