This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position based in Markham, Ontario, Canada.** Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. **Purpose:** The senior project coordinator, Health Economics & Market Access – Orthopaedics, will support the VELYS Enabling Tech Solutions and will work in close collaboration with the US & global business partners on various projects. The senior project coordinator will provide support in the planning & execution of global evidence generation studies, literature reviews, study summaries, and product claim generation. This position will support interactions with cross-functional business partners to drive key business goals and objectives. This position reports to the Director, Health Economics & Market Access and will work in close collaboration with multiple internal partners and stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, R&D, Clinical and Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs. **You will be responsible for:** With direction and leadership of the Health Economics & Market Access Director, this position will: + Run the overall project portfolio activities, assessing priority level and assuring that all assigned projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. + Identify obstacles to project completion or gaps in the process and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks. + Support research activities for pipeline and launched products, such as planning & execution of global evidence generation studies, literature reviews, and study summaries. + Support the development of value tools including value dossiers and values analysis briefs, and dissemination initiatives to articulate the value of the VELYS Enabling Tech Solutions and orthopaedic surgery for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. + Ensure the project deliverables are tracked appropriately.
