Your role
As a Capacity Management Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data, consultancy and product development. You will support hospitals with analyses and advice, whilst contributing to the development of innovative tools and solutions.
Responsibilities
Consultancy & Capacity Management
Delivering projects relating to capacity and care processesAnalysing data (planning, throughput, occupancy) and identifying areas for improvementAdvising stakeholders at all levelsTranslating data into concrete, actionable insightsBridge between market, data and product
Translating customer needs into product requirementsContributing to product development and innovationsSupporting sales with use cases, demos and quotationsMethodology & development
Standardising approaches and toolsContributing to scalable solutions and dashboardsProject & change management
Guiding change processesMonitoring quality, timing and impactProfile
Min. 3 years’ relevant experienceStrong analytical skills, experience with complex datasetsAffinity with healthcare and capacity managementStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsIndependent, organised and results-orientedGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPointVery good knowledge of Dutch and French, and willing to travel within BelgiumWhat does IQVIA offer?
