Therefore, within People Services Europe, we are looking to expand our Health Advisory team with a driven Health Expert who's not afraid of a healthy challenge. In this role, you'll make a valuable contribution as a guide, advisor, and coach in the areas of prevention, reintegration, and work (in)capacity for work.
Role and responsibilitiesAs the central figurehead, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations and additional quality requirements related to the reintegration process. You'll ensure optimal collaboration between all parties involved, ensuring a smooth and sustainable reintegration, and you'll provide solicited and unsolicited advice to managers regarding absenteeism cases. To ensure a consistent file, you'll perform various administrative tasks, and we expect you to actively contribute to the professional development of health advisory services.
You'll be the team's go-to person for challenging cases and serve as a mentor for the rest of the team. You'll work closely with the business to reduce absenteeism. You'll also have a forward-thinking mindset and, together with the team lead, plan quarterly ahead. You'll also collaborate with other teams within the global business services to achieve data-driven efficiency and improvement initiatives. It's challenging to participate in exciting and forward-thinking projects.
Education and experience• HBO working and thinking level
• Completed ROV practical training
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in absenteeism case management
• Current knowledge of social security, such as WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, Working Conditions Act, etc.
• Strong affinity with vitality and sustainable employability
• Experience with VerzuimSignaal is a strong advantage
• Spoken and written Dutch and English language skills are a must
