In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Play a vital role in aiding the implementation of the HCM suite of applications (Time and Labor, Absence, Learn, Talent, Core HR) and payroll systems, and enhancing functionalities. Continuously update leadership on the progress of projects and any obstacles encountered. Analyze project phases and milestones and offer recommendations. Address various issues with expertise and innovative solutions. Manage the configuration of various HCM modules according to company standards and business unit needs. Provide second-level support for the HCM suite of applications. Perform regular system and data audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to enterprise data standards and processes.Who You Are:
You are dedicated and resourceful with extensive experience in implementing and enhancing HCM modules. You are skilled at managing diverse improvement rollouts. You regularly update leadership on progress and obstacles by training and mentoring new team members. You provide recommendations while adeptly resolving complex issues. You demonstrate effectiveness in team settings and complete tasks with minimal supervision, proactively seeking solutions.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology. At least 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting human capital management, time, or payroll systems. 2 or more years of experience with agile teams and operating under SAFe agile implementation practices is advantageous. Extensive conceptual and practical knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and applications, including Core HR, Recruit, Learn, Talent, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Absence, and Time and Labor.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Extensive knowledge in HR, time management, payroll, and related operational processes is a plus. Experience with large-scale change initiatives is a plus. Experience working with third-party payroll, time management, or HCM vendors is a plus.Our Culture & Commitment to You
