As an HCM Consultant, Partner Channel for Majors Canada, you will serve as ADP’s frontline, driving success and growth in this rapidly expanding business. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, white-glove service to clients by managing inbound call volumes and offline cases with comprehensive technical expertise and end-to-end ownership. This role emphasizes providing tailored, technical solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive success. The HCM Consultant works closely with Solution Specialists, Group Technical Leads, and key internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers and District Sales Managers, to ensure exceptional service and foster effective partnerships.

 

 

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

Provide white-glove service by effectively handling inbound call volumes and managing offline cases, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and technical expertise. Take full ownership of client cases from initiation through resolution, managing expectations and delivering timely and effective technical solutions. Leverage internal technical resources, including Solution Specialists, Group Technical Leads, and Beyond Payroll partners, to provide comprehensive and customized solutions that address clients’ HCM needs. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive seamless service delivery and strengthen overall client partnerships. Utilize deep technical knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and solutions to support clients, helping them overcome challenges and optimize their use of our products. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service processes, optimize client engagement strategies, and case resolutions to support continuous improvement and effective knowledge sharing.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

Proven experience as a HCM Consultant, Technical Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on managing inbound calls and offline case resolutions. Strong ability to own and manage complex, technical cases from start to resolution, with a commitment to delivering effective and client-focused solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients in a high-volume service environment. Deep knowledge of HCM systems and solutions, with the ability to apply this expertise to a diverse range of client needs and scenarios. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset dedicated to building strong client partnerships and ensuring client success.
