Job Responsibilities​

Electronic Hardware Quality Assurance​

Participate in the entire life cycle of gas detection instrument electronic hardware, including design review, sample testing, mass production inspection, and after - sales quality tracking.​ Develop and implement electronic hardware quality inspection standards and test plans, covering component performance, circuit functionality, signal accuracy, power stability, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance.​ Conduct in - depth analysis of electronic hardware quality issues (such as component failure, circuit malfunction, and inaccurate detection data), identify root causes using tools like FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and 8D, and promote the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.​ Collaborate with the R&D team to evaluate the quality and reliability of electronic components, participate in supplier selection and audit, and ensure the stability of component supply quality.​ Establish and maintain electronic hardware quality records and databases, regularly compile quality reports, and provide data support for product quality improvement.​

Mechanical Structure Quality Assurance​

Formulate quality inspection standards and test procedures for the mechanical structure of gas detection instruments, including structural strength, sealing performance, environmental adaptability (high/low temperature, humidity, vibration), and ergonomic design.​ Conduct quality verification during the development and production stages of mechanical structures, such as testing the durability of shells, the accuracy of interface connections, and the reliability of mechanical components (buttons, switches, connectors).​ Analyze mechanical structure quality problems (e.g., shell deformation, poor sealing, component loosening), work with the mechanical design team to propose improvement solutions, and track the implementation effect.​ Participate in the selection and evaluation of mechanical material suppliers, verify the quality of materials (e.g., plastic, metal) and their compliance with product design requirements and industry standards.​ Supervise the implementation of mechanical structure quality control processes in the production workshop, provide technical guidance to quality inspectors, and ensure the consistency of product quality.​

Instrument Systematic Verification​

Design and execute systematic verification plans for gas detection instruments, covering overall performance verification (detection accuracy, response time, resolution), functional integrity (data storage, transmission, alarm function), and compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, EN, GB).​ Build and maintain systematic verification test platforms, select appropriate test equipment and tools (e.g., gas calibration devices, environmental test chambers, data acquisition systems), and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.​ Conduct systematic verification of new products, upgraded products, and batch - produced products, record verification data in detail, prepare verification reports, and provide professional evaluation opinions on product quality.​ Analyze the problems found in systematic verification, coordinate cross - functional teams (R&D, production, engineering) to conduct root - cause analysis, and promote the improvement of product design and production processes.​ Track the implementation of improvement measures for systematic verification issues, conduct re - verification, and ensure that the problems are completely resolved and do not recur.​ Pay attention to the update of domestic and foreign industry standards and regulatory requirements for gas detection instruments, timely update the systematic verification standards and plans, and ensure that products meet the latest compliance requirements..

 

Job Requirements​

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related major.​ At least 5 years of quality assurance work experience in the field of industrial instruments, with at least 3 years of experience in gas detection instruments or similar analytical instrument industries.​ Profound professional knowledge in electronic hardware (circuit design, component application, EMC) and mechanical structure (material properties, structural design, process technology), and familiar with the working principle and system composition of gas detection instruments.​ Master the quality management tools and methods, such as FMEA, 8D, SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), and have practical experience in applying these tools to solve quality problems.​ Skilled in using testing equipment related to electronic, mechanical, and instrument performance testing, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, torque wrenches, gas calibration instruments, and environmental test chambers.​ Familiar with domestic and foreign industry standards and regulatory requirements for gas detection instruments (e.g., IEC 61779, EN 50270, GB 15322), and have experience in product compliance verification.​ Strong problem - solving ability, able to independently conduct in - depth analysis and resolution of complex quality problems in electronic, mechanical, and systematic aspects.​ Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross - functional teams to promote quality improvement work.​ Rigorous and responsible work attitude, strong learning ability, and able to quickly adapt to the updates of industry standards and technical changes.​ Good English reading and writing skills, able to read English technical documents, standards, and reports.​

Preferred Qualifications​

Master's degree or above in a related major.​ More than 8 years of quality assurance work experience in the gas detection instrument industry, with experience in leading quality improvement projects.​ Holding relevant professional certifications, such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), ASQ (American Society for Quality) certifications, or ISO 9001 internal auditor certification.​ Experience in establishing and improving the quality assurance system of gas detection instruments, and familiar with the quality management processes of product R&D, production, and after - sales.​ Having experience in participating in international certification projects of gas detection instruments (e.g., ATEX, IECEx) and being familiar with the certification process and requirements.
