Job Description

Position Summary:

You will participate in development activities of products including troubleshooting of designs, design for testability, test plan generation, conducting validation/compliance tests, and creation of design/product documentation. You will report to the Engineering Team Lead, Hardware and work from our Milwaukee office

You will participate in these activities to improve performance, functionality, cost optimization, test efficiency, manufacturability and quality in products delivered. You have a passion and participate in solution investigations. We can work as a team in group.

Your Responsibilities:

You will do testing in the following areas:

Microprocessor/Microcontroller system designMemory system designsDesign for circuits with FPGA/CPLD/PAL devicesEthernet and USB design, testing, certificationDigital and analog electronics, power supply and I/O circuitsDesign tools for Schematic Capture and PCB LayoutAccomplish board level and system level design verification testEMI noise reduction techniques/countermeasures for PCB layoutTesting to EMC/EMI regulatory certificationsSignal Integrity measurements using Network Analyzers, OscilloscopesPerform product testing for Environmental and Certification Test StandardsManage prototype build from BOM creation to build change requestsFunctional Safety product development with IEC61508

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in Relevant field.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Typically requires 5+ years relevant experience in Electronics Product Design.You have passion in hardware engineering. Have desired for continuous improvement in applying best practice and modern technologies in hardware design and processes.
