Job Description

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the launch of a new super-premium brand targeting an underserved consumer segment while ensuring effective integration across influencer marketing, media, and eCommerce initiatives. You will develop strategic communication and go-to-market plans to optimize our presence in cosmetic eCommerce stores and recommend a winning product portfolio for Brazil.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will:

Launch New Brand: Drive the development and execution of a new super-premium brand, from market research to launch strategy, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market opportunities.

Integrate Marketing Efforts: Oversee the integration of influencer marketing, upper funnel media, and eCommerce strategies to create a unified brand experience.

Develop Digital Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and implement communication strategies tailored for eCommerce, focusing on consumer engagement and conversion.

Portfolio Recommendations: Analyze the Brazilian cosmetics market to recommend a compelling product portfolio that meets consumer demands and drives sales in retail environments.

Top Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand management, preferably in the beauty industry, with a proven track record with successful new product launches.

Marketing campaign management; strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing strategies, cross functional leadership.

Preferred Experience: Experience with influencer marketing and managing cross-channel campaigns is highly regarded.

Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Location: Candidates must either reside in or have the ability to relocate to São Paulo.
