Our Secure Information & Communications Systems team provides secure Communication solutions, information systems and cybersecurity services to support the work of defence and government clients. Our systems are designed to protect sensitive information from cyber threats, ensuring its security and integrity in critical environments.

Working from the Nation's Capital, Canberra, on Ngunnawal land, your role purpose will be to serve as NATO Guard subject-matter expert supporting design and accreditation of Guard capabilities within EIE and WIE.
 

YOUR ROLE

Serve as NATO Guard subject-matter expert supporting design and accreditation of Guard capabilities within EIE and WIE

Ensure compliance with STANAG 4774/4778, ACP 240, and Zero Trust Data Format (ZTDF)
Contribute to requirements traceability, design artefacts, and validation testing under the PDA’s direction

Lead detailed design of Guard services ensuring compliance with STANAG 4774/4778, ACP 240 and ZTDF standards

Provide SME input on NATO and FMN data-centric security patterns

Develop and validate Guard artefacts and requirements traceability under PDA direction

Support Defence accreditation evidence and interoperability testing

Contribute to cross-domain policy design and assurance documentation

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

Deep experience in Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and Guard accreditation

Knowledge of FMN Spirals, ISM/PSPF/DSPF, and NATO data standards

Expertise in metadata labelling, sanitisation, and Data Centric Security (DCS)

Knowledge and familiarity of the NATO Architectural Framework (NAF) V4

Familiar with Defence A&A and evidence documentation
