Position Summary

The Senior Growth Analyst drives organizational growth by leading complex analytical initiatives and transforming strategic priorities into actionable, accountable workstreams. This role partners directly with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver advanced insights, develop automated reporting tools, and ensure accountability for strategic initiatives. Leveraging deep expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, the Senior Growth Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping shape decisions that advance Compassus' growth objectives.

This role will support our Growth Operations Team. Our Growth Operations team enables scalable revenue expansion by streamlining field growth strategy across the salesforce and growth organization, performance tracking of the salesforce, and growth incentive design across service lines. We bridge data, people, and execution to equip leadership and operators with clear, actionable insights that drive market growth.


Position Specific Responsibilities

• Comprehends the holistic growth strategy of the organization.

• Maintains a deep understanding of opportunities and threats, at a macro level, impacting the industry.

• Gains a strong comprehension of the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise.

• Utilizes said comprehension to be a trusted partner and adviser to the senior leadership team on all things relating to the growth of the enterprise.

• Partners with senior leadership to understand and advise on Growth strategies, tactics, execution, and opportunities.

• Analyzes strategies and tactics to determine what data solutions can/should be automated and what can/should be analyzed by a person.

• Solicits, gathers, and documents requirements.

• Equips the organization with analytical tools to support growth.

• Creates self-service, automated, data products (e.g. reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations) based on Growth strategies & tactics.

• Iterates through the development lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, and deploy data-related deliverables.

• Utilizes advanced analytical skills to mine & interpret data, clearly articulate findings, and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth.

• Analyzes data from multiple sources and provides reporting, findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

 


Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Nursing, or related field required.MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of experience required. Including experience analyzing large sets of data, report and data visualization development, and the data development lifecycle, including requirements gathering through report creation and analysis.Experience with data tables, data manipulation, data transformation, data architecture, data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization required.Must have leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to drive projects from inception through to completion.Experience in healthcare, hospice, skilled nursing, and/or long-term care preferred.Working knowledge of the implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, including an electronic medical record. Experience with system interfaces preferred.Experience conducting data analysis in healthcare settings preferred.Experience with a variety of analytic and data mining approaches, including parametric and non-parametric methods, clustering techniques, and decision trees preferred.


Skills

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces integrated healthcare at home philosophy. Ability to lead projects. Desire and demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and automation, e.g. self-service reporting, automated reports, and efficient touch-free processes. Ability to conceive innovative solutions and sell ideas to senior leadership. Ability to distill strategic ideas down to their practical business application. Working knowledge of performance improvement, Lean, and or Six Sigma preferred. Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, building consensus and leading change.


Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
