You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and are looking for a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally. **The Role** The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for overseeing design projects from start to finish, including ideation, execution, and delivery. Reporting to the Art Director, the Sr. Graphic Designer will collaborate across departments to create integrated marketing and brand-based graphic design and artwork, maintain brand guidelines and brand image assets, and contribute to Lifestyle Group integration efforts. This role requires a balance of creative concepting, technical print expertise, and digital design leadership, ensuring bold ideas translate into flawless, on-brand, press-ready deliverables. Duties and Responsibilities + Lead Print Collateral Projects from concept to production – collaborating with the Design department to ensure on-brand designs, specifications, and functionality. + Lead Print Production Projects – liaising with production partners, creating technical files, reviewing and approving proofs, and conducting quality checks to ensure high-quality output. Maintain and enhance file management systems with clear folder structures and naming conventions. + Lead Digital & Web Experience Projects – overseeing project management, design leadership, user experience, and technical execution while ensuring goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline. + Lead integration efforts across all Visual Identity Guidelines for Lifestyle Group brands. + Collaborate with the Content Manager to curate, optimize, migrate, and integrate image content systems, while developing new workflows. + Support the Art Director and Content Manager on image selection, curation, and mapping across all brand touchpoints. + Design and maintain core branding assets, initiatives, and systems across brands and properties, ensuring consistent application of brand standards. + Support Hotels, F&B concepts, Events, and Retail teams with graphics, production files, merchandise design, and marketing assets. + Concept and design Hotel & F&B branding materials, merchandise, and environmental graphics. + Design marketing graphics for email newsletters, social campaigns, and promotional needs. + Edit photos and video for social media posts and reels. + Work across a wide range of media and formats, producing artwork that balances creative needs with technical demands. + Apply meticulous attention to detail to identify and correct potential issues before production. + Maintain a working rolodex of printers, vendors, and suppliers; manage relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee production quality. + Liaise with Art Director and stakeholders to review briefs, develop concepts, interpret feedback, and deliver creative on time. + Contribute innovative ideas and fresh designs to briefs and project requests. + Stay current with design trends, tools, and production techniques. + Follow direction and tasks assigned by the Art Director. + Participate in department meetings as required. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary. **Qualifications:** + _5 years of experience in graphic design, including at least 1 year in digital design._ + _Strong design leadership experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, agency, or retail environments._ + _Proven expertise in print production, pre-press workflows, color management, Pantone systems, and paper stocks/finishes._ + _Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)._ + _Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing skills in Adobe After Effects or Premiere._ + _Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual design principles._ + _Excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines._ + _Execution-driven creative who communicates well across departments and with external vendors._ + _Working knowledge of Asana (or similar project management tools)._ + _Drawing and illustration skills a plus._ + _Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (other languages a plus)._ + _Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and adaptable to fast-paced environments._ _The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000._ _This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
