Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling and effective design solutions for a variety of projects across digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects from inception to completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutionsDevelop and maintain brand identity guidelines for clients and internal projectsCreate engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and mobile applicationsDesign print materials such as brochures, packaging, and marketing collateralProduce motion graphics and animations for video projects and digital presentationsMentor junior designers and provide art direction to elevate the overall quality of design outputStay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure innovative and cutting-edge solutionsManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projectsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignStrong typography skills and an excellent eye for layout and compositionExperience in brand identity development and implementationProficiency in both digital and print design, with knowledge of production processesSolid understanding of user interface (UI) design principlesExcellent project management and time management skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentUp-to-date knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry
