The Opportunity:

 

Our Global Marketing Department is looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to propel your career forward by creating extraordinary campaign pieces seen by affluent investors across the globe. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will work with other creative professionals in our in-house agency, fishtank, in addition to other internal departments, and outside agencies to ensure that our promotional marketing pieces represent our brand and drive results. As a Senior Designer, you will use your conceptual and technical design abilities to manage projects in an energetic environment.

The Day-to-Day:

Design digital and print marketing and advertising pieces using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Products, primarily for new & different social ad campaigns for a variety of country markets.Balance production and new creative needs to support Global MarketingPartner with our other internal graphic designers and external illustrators and agencies on new creativePresent your creative ideas to business stakeholdersField requests from internal marketing employees, including Digital Strategists, Vice Presidents and Senior Marketing ManagementCome up with new creative to help all digital marketing channels improve metricsFreedom to identify and implement process improvements in a growing businessMultitask and set priorities with minimal guidance to meet essential deadlinesWork within a cloud-based project management system to field requests for multiple countries and languages

Your Qualifications:

5+ years graphic design experience (in a business, corporation, or agency) coupled with the ability to work in a corporate office Monday through FridayExperience across digital, web, display and advertisingAdvanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Compensation:

$75,000-$105,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
