Senior Global Trainer – AlinIQ AMS Middleware

**Primary Objective of the Position**
The Senior **Global Trainer** will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs focused on AlinIQ AMS middleware solutions. This role supports global customer training enactments and internal enablement, ensuring consistent and effective knowledge transfer across regions. The position requires a strong technical background in middleware configuration and implementation within laboratory environments, combined with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
**Key** **Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for customers and internal teams on AlinIQ AMS middleware.
+ Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical content and customer feedback for continuous improvement of training materials.
+ Support field activities including customer visits, training enactments, and implementation support (willing to travel up to 50% annually).
+ Maintain and update training documentation to reflect product updates and evolving customer needs.
+ Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for peers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
+ Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of training strategies.
+ Provide input on product enhancements based on customer interactions and training feedback.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with customers in laboratory environments, specifically on middleware configuration and implementation.
+ Proven experience in delivering technical training and supporting software applications in diagnostics settings.
+ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global, remote setting.
+ Willingness to travel globally up to 50% annually.

+ Deep understanding of laboratory workflows and middleware systems.
+ Technical proficiency with business tools (e.g., MS Office, SmartSheet).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to innovate and contribute to training strategy development.
+ Experience in global roles or multicultural environments is a plus.
