Senior Global Supply Chain Manager, Cover Glass
**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience. + 7 years of experience in commodity management, sourcing, and supply chain management. + Experience with commodities such as cover glass material, finishing, or display modules used in consumer products. + Ability to travel up to 35% of the time. **Preferred qualifications:** + Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA. + 10 years of relevant experience, with 8 years of experience in commodity management, cover glass material, finishing or display modules sourcing or supply chain management. + Experience with partnering, collaborating, and working with cross-functional stakeholders. + Experience managing overall ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations, and Supplier teams. + Excellent negotiation, communication, sourcing, and collaboration skills. As a Senior Global Supply Chain Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on glass material and finishing developments as well as display module integrations. You will participate in new technology introductions (NTI), lead the program RFI/RFQ process, qualify new technology/process/supplier, and be part of the core team for program-level execution. You will serve as a supplier-related issues escalation point for cross-functional teams, including Material Science, Product Engineering, Supplier Development Engineering, and MPM/OPM. Whether finding new ways to capture and sense the world around us, advancing form factors, or improving interaction methods, the Devices & Services team is making people's lives better through technology. **Responsibilities:** + Manage supplier roadmaps and new technology investigations. + Lead program RFI/RFQ negotiations, supplier selection processes, and agreement negotiations. + Influence and participate in supplier sourcing strategy and execution. + Lead communication with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve all issues arising from development and ramp stages, serving as the escalation point. + Manage suppliers to ensure material/supply availability and readiness for development builds and mass production.
