This is a fixed term position until end December 2027 No relocation support is offered for this position **Core Responsibilities** + Defining and detailing Programscope and managing scope control across the program. + Establishing and adapting the Program organization, estimating, and planning the Program, including resource planning. + Securing financial processes to control, manage, and report on Program budget, including planning across multiple years. + Mentoring and guiding the project managers (workstream leads) fordefinedprojectsbased on direction set by program owner and steering committee. + Managing and controlling the Program schedule. Track progress against plan:communicateregularly with workstream leads to review,discusschallenges and roadblocks that mayimpactproject timeline, scope, or cost. + Identifyingand managing issues and risks related to customer concerns. + Ensuring transparency across and outside the program. + Updating Steering Committee, key program touchpoints, and other collaborators on the status of each workstream and theprogram as a whole. + Planning for benefit realization and harvesting. + Tracking benefits andtheobjectivesreached by Projects within the Program. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Become a Senior Global Program Manager at LEGO A/S and help ensure our projects are implemented flawlessly and align with our goals. You will contribute to the success of initiatives and support global competitiveness by implementing strategic plans. **Are you equipped for the role?** + Proven experience working with Project/Program Management in a global context and organization. + Ability tocomprehendand work with strategic direction, build executable program plans, and secure centralized coordination of sub-projects. + Capable of managing complex and unknown dependencies between program sub-projects and deliverables as well as external to the program. + Ability to build impactful communicationforvarious collaborators. + Skilled at engaging with and influencing senior and executive-level collaborators and Program Steering Committee members, includingfacilitatingthe resolution of disagreements. + Capable of making and managing decisions impacting multiple initiatives as well as providing clear direction to colleagues driving projects under the program umbrella.
