Our Diagnostics portfolio is comprised of in-vitro diagnostic products and services that we offer to healthcare providers in the fields of laboratory diagnostics and point-of-care diagnostics. Serving a broad selection of diagnostic test settings – from centralized reference and hospital laboratories to critical care, emergency departments, and physician office laboratories – our comprehensive portfolio covers a range of testing disciplines, including immunochemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood gas analysis, and molecular tests. This is a unique opportunity for a fully remote director-level individual contributor in strategic global marketing.

As a Senior Global Marketing Manager, you will have a pivotal role in supporting our industry-leading Atellica portfolio, designed for labs of all sizes. Your role:

Full Product Ownership: From defining the product to launching it, creating go-to-market strategies, establishing commercial positioning, and executing related campaigns.  Customer and Market Insights: Develop insights into customers to become an expert on Atellica systems for various customer targets (such as laboratorians, hospital administration, reference labs, ministries of health, etc.), gaining valuable insights to contribute to the overall CLS business strategy.Competitive Sales Strategies: Understand the competition's offerings and equip commercial organizations with the right positioning and tools to differentiate the product(s) effectively and profitably, adding value to the customer.Product Definition: Ensure that the development team is guided by appropriate Customer Requirements/Design Inputs. Use market research, customer feedback, zone input, and other methods to ensure the delivery of profitable and unique products to the market. 


Your expertise:

Must have Core Lab Diagnostics industry experience to be considered required for this opportunity.Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and product management, ideally with comprehensive experience ranging from conducting market research, developing product portfolio requirements, supporting new product development and launches, creating campaigns, developing impactful sales messaging/materials, and providing trainingGlobal perspective - preferably with global experience or the ability to effectively work across multiple countries.Customer-focused - Emphasizing the ability to translate customer insights into actionable steps and product requirements.Collaborative - Capable of working cross-functionally and influencing across various departments/functions.Effective Communicator - Outstanding communication skills to deliver messages to diverse audiencesOrganized - Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive them to completion; Keeping track of project statuses and proactively reporting as necessaryBachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA is preferredWillingness to travel up to 20%

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $167,700 - Max $251,500

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
