**Senior Global Customer Engagement Excellence Lead**
Are you passionate about transforming customer engagement in a global setting? Your experience in strategic frameworks, customer engagement excellence, and cross-functional collaboration might be just what we’re looking for.
You could be our first Global Customer Engagement Excellence Lead. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a new strategic role that will define how Lundbeck engages with customers globally.
**Your new role**
You will play a key role in designing and operationalizing Lundbeck’s global customer engagement strategy. You’ll define frameworks, lead strategic use-cases, and collaborate across functions to embed excellence into our ways of working across affiliate and global teams. This is a pivotal role where your ideas and leadership will help shape what good looks like.
**Your future team**
You will be part of the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team within CPPS, based in Valby, Denmark. Reporting to the Director, Head of Global Customer Engagement Excellence, you’ll work closely with affiliate and global colleagues across Medical, Marketing, Digital, IT, and Analytics teams. Our team thrives on curiosity, making meaningful impact, having fun, and a deep commitment to continuous learning and development. As this is a newly established role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we work together and build new ways of collaborating to drive engagement excellence.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
**What you bring to the team**
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for driving change. You bring:
+ A master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in customer engagement, commercial excellence, or strategic operations in a global, matrixed (pharma) organization.
+ Strong knowledge of affiliate enablement, omnichannel strategies and engagement frameworks.
+ Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change at scale.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Proven experience in project management.
+ Ability to thrive in a newly created role and shape processes from the ground up.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex, matrixed environments.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling strategic initiatives.
