Senior General Accountant
**Job Description** This role will be responsible for General Accounting and Financial Reporting activities for the US Controls segment and Singapore business unit. The role will be responsible for the following items: + Act as a finance trusted business partner and advisor to the US Controls and Singapore organizations. + Provide financial oversight, direction, and strategic guidance to the members of the team. + Facilitate financial closing activities, including journal entries and trial balance review + Prepare, submit and discuss monthly financial reporting for US Controls Segment & Singapore business unit + Complete general ledger account reconciliations including bank reconciliations + Execute daily transactional accounting activities + Support internal and external audit activities + Other duties as assigned. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline and 4 years of related work experience. + This role will require strong communication, analytic and problem solving skills. + The individual must be team oriented and able to work independently with limited supervision. + Demonstrate the ability to drive to a conclusion with adequate follow through and issue resolution. + Initiative to take on ad hoc requests and projects and identify areas for improvement. + Understanding of general accounting processes. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Prior experience with Oracle, HFM and prior experience in Accounting for an International Company. + Understanding of the application of International Financial Reporting Standards. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
