Description Summary: A prominent and long-standing venture capital firm is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant & Valuations individual to join its dynamic finance team. You’ll collaborate closely with finance leaders, investment partners, and external stakeholders, contributing to quarterly valuations, operational excellence, and investor transparency. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics + CPA designation preferred + Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public accounting (VC/PE clients) or in-house fund accounting + Strong working knowledge of ASC 946 and ASC 820 + Experience in close processes, fund audits, and investor reporting + Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks) a plus + Highly organized with strong communication, analytical, and mentoring abilities.
