Within CGI's ERP Center of Expertise, you will primarily work as a senior Oracle ERP Cloud SCM functional analyst in a project-oriented environment: implementations, rollouts, functional upgrades, SCM process optimization, and integrations. You will also contribute to application support (AMS) activities for certain clients in production. You will play a key role in the modernization, efficiency, and performance of the supply chain, working with operations, finance, inventory, and technical teams.
Your future duties and responsibilities:PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES – Projects (main focus)
- Participate in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and deployment projects: workshops, analysis, design, configuration, testing, migration, training, and production launch.
- Configure and optimize SCM modules: Inventory Management, Cost Management, Order Management (OM), Manufacturing (MFG), Maintenance (MES), Procurement (in collaboration), Product Management (PDH), Supply Planning.
- Carry out mini-projects and functional developments: automation of inventory flows, optimization of costing rules, improvement of OM workflows, integration of bills of materials and routings, optimization of planning.
- Produce functional documentation (BR100/AN.100, MD50), impact analyses, test scenarios, and collaborate with technical teams (OIC, MES systems, WMS, EDI, planning solutions).
- Participate in go-live and hypercare activities, including post-deployment support and stabilization of SCM solutions.
- Support customers in their operational processes: inventory management, order fulfillment, costing and valuation, manufacturing, maintenance, demand planning, performance monitoring.
- Contribute to integration projects: manufacturing systems, logistics systems, EDI/3PL solutions, advanced planning tools, e-commerce solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in operations management, supply chain, engineering, administration, or management information systems.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SCM functional analysis, including 3 years on Oracle ERP Cloud SCM in a project context.
- Solid knowledge of SCM modules: Inventory, Costing, OM, Manufacturing, Maintenance, PDH, Supply Planning.
- Very good understanding of operational processes: warehouse management, order-to-cash (O2C) cycle, costing, production, maintenance, logistics, demand planning.
- Proven experience in workshops, configuration, migrations (FBDI, ADFDI), test scenarios, and functional deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously: projects, developments, support.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in French/English.
- Autonomous, rigorous, functional leadership, and customer-oriented.
- Oracle SCM Cloud certification (an asset).
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Knowledge of project methodologies (OUM, Agile).
- Experience with external systems: MES, WMS, TMS, EDI/3PL, advanced planning tools.
- Familiarity with production standards and requirements: traceability, compliance, standard and actual costs, operational audit.
- Experience in SCM integrations: OIC, API, manufacturing solutions, logistics tools, e-commerce platforms. I would like to know if you have any updates on this.
