Within CGI's ERP Center of Expertise, you will primarily work as a senior Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement functional analyst in a project-oriented environment: implementations, rollouts, functional upgrades, procurement process optimization, and integrations. You will also contribute to application support (AMS) activities for certain clients in production. You will play a strategic role in the transformation and performance of the procurement function, working with technical teams, buyers, procurement teams, and finance departments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES – Projects (main focus)
- Participate in Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation and deployment projects: workshops, analysis, design, configuration, testing, migration, training, and production launch.
- Configure and optimize Procurement modules: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts.
- Carry out mini-projects and functional developments: automation of purchasing processes, optimization of approval workflows, improvement of catalogs, supplier management.
- Produce impact analyses and functional documentation (BR100/AN.100, MD50), and collaborate with technical teams (OIC, supplier systems, eProcurement platforms).
- Participate in go-live and hypercare activities, including post-deployment support and solution stabilization.
- Support customers in modernizing procurement processes: P2P, contract management, supplier management, compliance, finance/procurement integration.
- Contribute to integration projects: inventory systems, contract systems, payment solutions, supplier evaluations, external systems (e-Sourcing, external P2P).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES – Support / AMS (additional)
- Provide Level 2 functional support for Purchasing, SSP, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts.
- Diagnose incidents, handle change requests, and ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in Quarterly Updates: impact analysis, non-regression testing, UAT.
- Collaborate with technical teams (OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, roles & security) to resolve complex issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in administration, supply chain, operations management, or management information systems.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement functional analysis, Procurement, including 3 years on Oracle Fusion Procurement in a project context.
- Proven experience in workshops, configuration, migrations (FBDI, ADFDI), test scenarios, and production of functional deliverables.
- Solid knowledge of the Purchasing, SSP, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts modules.
- Very good understanding of procurement processes: P2P, requisition management, tendering, contract management, supplier management, compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously: projects, developments, support.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in French/English.
- Autonomy, rigor, functional leadership, and customer focus.
- Oracle Procurement Cloud certification (an asset).
