Senior Functional Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud
Position Description:

Within CGI's ERP Center of Expertise, you will work as a Senior Functional Analyst for Oracle ERP Cloud HCM in an Application Management System (AMS) context for our production clients. You will play a key role in the stability, evolution, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM environments, in close collaboration with our clients' technical teams and HR partners.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide level 2 and 3 functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Absences, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Compensation & Merit, etc.),
• Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve user incidents, anomalies, and change requests,
• Manage the full change lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment,
• Maintain functional and operational documentation (configurations, user guides, test cases),
• Collaborate with technical teams (OIC integrations, security, BI) to resolve complex issues,
• Participate in Oracle Cloud quarterly updates: impact analysis, regression testing, and UAT coordination,
• Identify and recommend HR process improvements based on Oracle best practices and customer needs,
• Provide advisory support Proactive on the Performance and Merit modules to support performance review and salary review cycles,
• Support key users in the execution of annual HR cycles (performance reviews, bonuses, adjustments, promotions),
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients to prioritize requests and manage expectations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems,
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM functional analysis, including at least 3 years with Oracle HCM Cloud,
• Solid understanding of HR processes: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Performance, Merit, Time & Labor, Benefits,
• Proven experience in AMS support or post-implementation,
• Proficiency in the Oracle Cloud lifecycle (Oracle Service Releases, quarterly patches, test cycles),
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a managed services environment,
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills,
• Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)*,
• Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, and customer focus,
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification (Core HR, Compensation, or Performance Management) is an asset.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS
• Extensive experience with Performance Management and Compensation/Merit Cycles modules,
• Knowledge of HR integrations (OIC, APIs, third-party payroll, ATS, Learning Systems),
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices in an AMS environment,
• Knowledge of HR regulatory frameworks (Canada, Europe, Latin America).

*The ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, is essential, as this position involves regular collaboration with colleagues and partners based in the United States.
