Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Build
Assist Chat is Motorola’s next-gen conversational AI for public safety—helping 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, analysts, and officers get answers in seconds, not minutes. It’s fast, reliable, embedded in real workflows, and powered by real-time AI.
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work across frontend and backend layers to build seamless user experiences and robust APIs. You’ll help craft the conversational engine, integrate with mission-critical systems, and continuously improve how public safety professionals interact with Assist.
Your Role
Build and maintain core features across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/GraphQL/REST) systems.
Design APIs and services that support real-time, AI-driven conversations.
Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to ship intuitive user experiences with speed and quality.
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design, and code reviews that raise the bar.
Write clean, testable, maintainable code—and help others do the same.
Own what you build—from dev to prod and it’s feedback loop.
What You Bring5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
Ability to design and implement systems that are scalable, secure, and performant.
A product mindset—able to think beyond tickets and code.
Clear communication and a collaborative spirit.
Bonus: experience with LLMs, chat interfaces, or real-time systems.

Proven ability to communicate technical information effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with both local and remote teams
5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
Advanced English
