Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk & Chargeback Specialist to join our Risk Operations team. This role is designed to be responsible for handling chargebacks, supporting underwriting workflows, and occasionally assisting with ongoing risk monitoring. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-sufficient, and comfortable navigating multiple systems and operational priorities within a fintech/payments environment.

What You’ll Do 

Own and deliver core Ampliphi product features, from backend architecture to frontend execution Work closely with product to build user-centric, data-driven experiences Integrate with external systems like PMS, OTAs, and rate distribution (channel manager) gateways Contribute to the AI and rules engine that powers pricing recommendations, explainability, and automated strategies Contribute to system architecture and help evolve our modular, scalable microservice design Mentor mid-level developers and influence team best practices
