About the Role
Senior Full-Stack Developer (24/7 Critical Support)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our multinational team
and support critical Shop Floor Applications in a 24/7 environment.
Due to recent scope changes, we are strengthening our development capacity to ensure continuous,
high-quality support and further enhancement of our business-critical systems.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop new features using modern technologies (.NET Core, Angular, MS SQL)
- Participate in full-stack development (backend, frontend, database)
- Integrate third-party APIs with in-house software components
- Write unit test (component, integration) – TDD mindset
- Debug, troubleshoot, refactor, and optimize existing systems
- Use Azure DevOps and Git for collaboration and CI/CD
- Contribute to Proof of Concept initiatives
- Participate in architecture and design discussions
- Perform code reviews and ensure high code quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams
- Actively participate in team meetings (daily standup, project ceremonies)
- Mentor and support teammates
- Take part in standby/on-call rotation for 24/7 critical development support
- Strong communication sill in English (written and spoken)
Technical Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of solid experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core / Angular/ MS SQL - Full Stack
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API (RESTful services)
- Deep experience in Angular (SPA) and TypeScript
- Strong SQL knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Experience with Entity Framework Core
- Experience with Git-based version control
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar collaboration tools
- Hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, logging, monitoring, and DB tuning experience
- Experience with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ)
- Clean Code mindset, SOLID principles, software craftsmanship
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade .NET/Angular/MS SQL web applications

- Mendix experience
- Experience quality check tools (SonarQube) and refactoring tools
