Job Description

We are looking for talented Full Stack Engineers who can build dynamic, high-performance web

applications using React.js on the frontend and Java / Spring Boot on the backend. The ideal

candidates are problem solvers who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about

delivering seamless, scalable, and secure solutions.

 

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript. Strong backend expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful API design. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind). Experience with databases MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB. Familiarity with version control tools (Git / GitHub / GitLab). Experience with API integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and state management (Redux / Context API). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React.js, Java, and Spring Boot. Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient frontend–backend communication. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC. Optimize application performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug production issues effectively. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Good to Have

Exposure to Microservices architecture, Spring Cloud, or Kafka. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library). Basic understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
