Kforce is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a startup mindset to join an organization in the Salt Lake City, UT area. Summary: The Senior Full Stack Developer will be a key player in a small, agile team, working on the entire lifecycle of new products, from initial concept to deployment and iteration. They will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, experiment with new technologies, and see their work directly influence the success of the client's ventures. The Senior Full Stack Developer will be connecting directly with end users through many phases of the process. Responsibilities: * Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) and functional prototypes to quickly validate new ideas and de-risk development * Collaborate closely with product managers and designers, leveraging Figma and sometimes translating into responsive, high-quality code * Be a core contributor in a cross-functional, autonomous team, taking ownership of the end-to-end development of new applications and services * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features in a product-led, customer-centric, data-driven environment * Focus on delivering measurable outcomes and business impact, not just lines of code * Rapidly prototype and iterate on new product ideas, embracing a "build, measure, learn" mentality * Potentially design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend APIs and services and/or integrate with existing ones * Develop and maintain intuitive and responsive user interfaces that deliver a world-class user experience * Work with a modern tech stack, with the freedom to explore and recommend new tools and technologies that will help us achieve our goals * Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the lab and the broader organization
