We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, and driven Senior Frontend Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you will interact with the community of engineers on our technologies - especially our product called Tosca. You will be working on a new set of cloud products supporting continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications.  

What you`ll do:

Build high-quality, testable, performant, user-centric interfaces for our testing servicesEnsure the quality of your and your team’s code by exploratory and automated testingPartner with Product and UX to design intuitive, goal-aligned user experiencesLead by example through code reviews and active knowledge sharingAdvocate for best practices and drive technical decisionsContribute to our company design systemCollaborate cross-functionally to align on architecture and directionPrototype and evaluate emerging technologies and patternsContinuously refine frontend tooling and workflowsDesign and implement scalable frontend architectures for next-gen Tricentis products

Who you are:

5+ years of experience building complex web applications3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript3+ years of experience with ReactExperience with optimising performance and accessibility (a11y)Experience optimising frontend build pipelinesGreat with test automation frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Cypress)Solid understanding of modern frontend development trendsProven success in agile, cross-functional development teamsComfortable with change and iterative product developmentHands-on mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologiesTrack record of writing high-quality, maintainable code and applying engineering best practicesGreat communication skills in English

Additional backend experience will be considered a plus (especially C#/.NET)Experience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with MicrofrontendsExperience with developing cloud servicesExperience with using AI tools like Cursor or Co-pilot
