Senior Fp&a Analyst

Looking for a senior level FP&A professional who has operated in a complex environment, partnered cross functionally, and supported finance or ERP transformation efforts. This person should be able to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with leadership.\n\nExpert knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a complex, multi-fund environment\nDemonstrated ability to synthesize large, disparate datasets into clear financial insights and recommendations\nDemonstrated experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive level materials\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities.\nAbility to function as a member of a team.\nStrong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial governance structures\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience working with enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms)\nAbility to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments with competing priorities and tight timelines\nFluency in applying AI tools to financial analysis, forecasting, and process optimization is preferred\nProficiency in Python for financial analysis, data transformation, or automation of administrative processes is preferred\nExperience in business process design, particularly in the context of system implementations or operational transformation is preferred\nExperience preparing executive slide presentations and facilitating decision-oriented meetings is preferred\nExperience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives is preferred\nExperience in change management, including supporting implementation of new systems, processes, or organizational structures and driving stakeholder alignment across functions is preferred\nAdvanced degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00/hr.
