Senior FP&A Analyst
Description We are looking for an experienced Senior FP& A Analyst to drive financial planning and analysis efforts, contributing to improved operational performance and strategic decision-making. This role focuses on delivering robust financial models, insightful forecasts, and detailed analyses to support growth initiatives and operational efficiency. Based in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and enhance financial accountability. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, budgets, and reports to support operational enhancements and growth strategies. • Perform accurate forecasting and variance analysis for cost of goods sold and other key operational metrics. • Utilize financial modeling and business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights that improve performance. • Create and present regular financial reports across daily, monthly, weekly, and quarterly cycles. • Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure financial accountability and drive measurable results. • Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making. • Partner with the FP& A team to improve financial reporting processes and provide comprehensive analysis across the organization. • Prepare presentation materials for Board and Executive Team meetings, ensuring clarity and impactful communication. • Contribute to ad hoc projects and analyses as needed to support business objectives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or a similar area. • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced data analysis techniques. • Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. • Familiarity with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools is preferred. • Experience in private equity-backed environments or M& A activities is advantageous. • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality financial insights in fast-paced settings. • Solid understanding of corporate financial planning and dynamics.
