As a Sr. FP&A Analyst, you’ll partner with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to evaluate major investments, optimize performance, and develop long-term financial strategies. What You’ll Do
+ Lead financial analysis for equipment purchases and capital investments.
+ Build and execute forward-looking financial plans that drive profitability.
+ Deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
+ Influence key decisions in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maximize returns.
What We’re Looking For
+ 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment.
+ Strong experience in financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic planning.
+ Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus).
+ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex modeling.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $62.50/hr.
