We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Warsaw. This role will play a critical part in driving key financial planning and analysis processes across a complex and fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, financial modeling, and business acumen, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. This role supports strategic planning, forecasting, and decision support efforts for a confidential business segment, requiring a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning

Partner with regional finance and business teams to deliver actionable insights and performance analysis

Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and key performance metrics

Contribute to management presentations and business reviews with clear storytelling and data visualization

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and data quality

Support ad hoc analysis, cost optimization efforts, and investment evaluations as needed

Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistency and alignment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA) preferred but not required

4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis

Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and business drivers

Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems such as OneStream, Tableau a plus

Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment, including product costing, is strongly preferred

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
