This is a high‑visibility role where your models, insights, and recommendations directly shape pricing, cost‑to‑serve, and strategy—with measurable impact on margin and growth. This position is part of the finance team and will be **onsite in Glen Allen, VA.** **The impact you’ll make (what you’ll do):** + Serve as a strategic finance partner by driving the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning for key business units. + Build the stories behind the numbers by partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop accurate, driver‑based financial models that inform smarter decisions. + Keep us on track through monthly and quarterly variance analysis that highlights performance versus plan, forecast, and prior year. + Deliver reporting with dashboards and management packages that translate complex data into meaningful KPIs and actionable recommendations. + Influence strategy in real time by collaborating with business leaders on profitability, pricing, and cost‑to‑serve initiatives that directly impact growth and margins. + Shape investment decisions through scenario modeling and valuation work (NPV, IRR, ROI), plus a variety of ad hoc analyses that support strategic priorities. + Champion smarter, faster reporting by driving automation and optimizing the tools that power our finance engine (Excel, Power BI, D365, OneStream). **Why This Role is Special:** + **True Finance Business Partner Role** - You’ll work side by side with General Managers of two distinct businesses influencing strategic decisions, pricing, and cost‑to‑serve initiatives with real business impact. + **High Strategic Visibility & Ownership** - Own forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning, and scenario modeling, with direct exposure to senior leadership. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 USD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
