**About the Role**
Senior FP&A Analyst will report to the Reports to the VP, International Finance with a dotted line to the Senior Manager, FP&A. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure and high visibility across CBRE’s global leadership.
You will play a crucial role in delivering financial analysis, support strategic finance initiatives which span multiple division, providing insightful analytics to support data-driven decision-making across our global Advisory business.
We are seeking a highly intelligent and results-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our global team; this role will be based in London with key stakeholders across the globe.

**What You’ll Do:**
+ Conduct financial analysis, support strategic finance initiatives which span multiple division, and support and collaborate with Senior Finance Manager FP&A, VP, International Finance and the Senior Director of Strategic Finance on global analytics and coverage across time zones.
+ Conduct cross-divisional analysis on the impact of bonus accrual booking compared to payouts within bonus pool countries.
+ Develop models to assess the financial effects of adjustments from COS to Opex.
+ Perform complex data reviews, incorporating assumptions to address gaps and enable comparability between divisions.
+ Analyze metrics from the top 15 countries to support global decision making related to profit margins, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
+ Prepare country diagnostic white papers as requested by senior leadership.
+ Provide input on enhancements and process improvements for global reporting accuracy and efficiency.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Big 4 / ACA qualified.
+ Master's degree preferred, with a strong emphasis on analytics, economics, or macroeconomics.
+ Experience in a global multinational business.
+ Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
+ Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL).
+ Strong Analytical Skills: Possesses robust analytical capabilities, ideally supported by a background in economics or macroeconomics.
+ Programming Skills (Python / SQL)
