Key Elements of the Role: Solution Architect - core responsibility * Drive solution development on our flagship program management analytics and AI solution, delivering high-impact deployments for global clients. Capability Builder / Thought Leader / Mentor * Serve as the primary Palantir Community of Practice leader to evangelize Foundry’s potential across the global business. * Develop best practices, and reusable frameworks to accelerate scalable deployments. * Guide and mentor developers across experience levels, uplifting overall Foundry skillset. Cross-Market Innovation Leader * Collaborate with senior stakeholders across markets (Water, Transportation, Environmental, Federal, etc.) to design scalable, reusable solutions that builds upon Foundry and AIP. * Identify, prototype, and promote high-value use cases for clients and internal teams. Strategic Impact * Influence and mature our core Foundry solutions & products, helping define Jacobs’ position in the market. * Partner with our global Digital & Data leadership to set the vision for Palantir-enabled transformation. * 5+ years’ experience with Palantir Foundry * Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) * Experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Engineering/Development, Software Architecture, etc. * Strong coder with shown proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
