Job Description

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and professional team at Anantara Stanely and Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel as a Senior Food and Beverage Attendant. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Day to day you will:

Lead by example, ensuring friendly, professional service at all times.Have full knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and allergens.Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and junior team members.Accurately process customer orders using the POS system.Maintain a clean, well-organised service area and complete closing procedures.Replenish and rotate stock, record breakages, and ensure proper stock control.Polish and wrap cutlery, fold napkins, and maintain glassware.Clear tables and clean as you go to maintain presentation and hygiene.Handle payments and generate accurate receipts.Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

To be a success in this position, you will have:

12+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role2 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environmentSolid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
