About the role:
Park Hyatt Auckland is seeking passionate and experienced Senior Food Beverage Attendants to join our team in the heart of the CBD. In this key role, you'll help deliver exceptional dining experiences at one of New Zealand’s premier luxury hotels.
Positions Available
We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our Food Beverage team, including:
Baristas
Bar Attendants
Senior Food Beverage Attendants
What you'll be doing:
Providing exceptional table service in our FB dining and bar outlets
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all dining areas
Anticipating and responding to guest needs in a warm, attentive and professional manner
Communicating effectively with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Mentoring and training more junior members of the food and beverage team
Communicate effectively with kitchen and hotel teams to ensure seamless service
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Food and Beverage Attendant or similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards, guest etiquette and presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide warm, personalized service
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Flexibility to work a range of shifts (rotating roster), including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Confidence in recommending food and beverage pairings and upselling offerings
Knowledge of food allergies and HACCP, Adhere to all health and safety standards and food safety regulations
Legal rights to work in New Zealand minimum 6 months required
