The Fleet Process Excellence (FPE) team sits within International Global Fleet and Products (IGFP), driving measurable cost optimisation across our branded delivery fleet. We operate across multiple European countries, partnering with internal stakeholders across Last Mile as well as external partners including Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

We are looking for a Senior Fleet Process Excellence Manager to take Ownership of fleet cost optimisation initiatives from insight to impact. Working alongside our data and insights function, you will take analytical findings and translate them into structured process improvements that deliver measurable savings. You are the person who makes change happen — diagnosing root causes, designing solutions, driving implementation, and sustaining gains.

This role requires a practitioner of process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen) who can operate with high independence across a complex, multi-country environment. You'll Insist on the Highest Standards in process execution, influence stakeholders at all levels, and Deliver Results through both quick wins and structural improvements to fleet cost performance.


Key job responsibilities
• Diagnose and improve fleet cost processes — use structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, root cause analysis, value stream mapping) to identify inefficiencies, waste, and cost drivers across fleet operations.
• Translate insights into action — take data and analysis from the FPE insights function and develop clear, actionable process improvement recommendations with quantified business cases.
• Own execution end-to-end — design, pilot, implement, and sustain process changes that deliver measurable cost optimisation (CPP reduction, VORR improvement, operational cost savings).
• Drive standardisation — develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and playbooks that scale improvements across multiple countries and stations.
• Lead cross-functional projects — manage and deliver project and programme requests from other teams within IGFP, partnering across functions to drive adoption of process improvements and guide teams through change. Ensure scope, timeline, and quality commitments are met.
• Build mechanisms for sustained improvement — establish audit cadences, control plans, and performance monitoring that operate at scale across Europe to prevent regression and embed continuous improvement culture.
• Facilitate Kaizen and improvement events — lead structured problem-solving workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to rapidly identify and implement solutions.
• Communicate impact — present project outcomes, savings achieved, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
