Senior Firmware Test Engineer

**What You Will Do:**
**Technical Responsibilities:**
+ Develop Automation scripts using C and Python for Design Verification
+ Design Test Fixtures for Hardware - Software Integration Tests
+ Perform User Acceptance Tests (Manual Black Box Tests) on Products
+ Produce Design Verification Documentation (Eg: Test Tracing Docs)
**Business Responsibilities:**
+ Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer needs and design inputs
+ Demonstrate proficiency with product’s intended use and clinical procedures
**Med Device Compliance:**
+ Follow fundamental industry standards, design requirements and test strategies which apply to regulatory requirements
+ Follow R&D design controls and risk management, per the Quality Management System
**What You Will Need:**
_Required Qualifications:_
+ Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related discipline
+ 2+ years of experience programming using C and Python
_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ Strong Knowledge in various communication Protocols like I2C, SMBus, CAN, RS232/485
+ Experience using common Lab Equipment (Ex: Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies)
+ Experience developing Test Fixtures
+ Knowledge of Electronic Circuits (Ex: Battery Control and Motor Control)
+ Source Code Repository, Integration and deployment processes experience (Eg: Jenkins, Github and Perforce)
