The Opportunity
We are seeking applicants for the position of Senior Fire Assayer (casual leading to permanent), who are excited by the challenges of our business and variety this role offers. You will be based at Malaga, WA and will be responsible for using specialised equipment and performing manual handling tasks to prepare samples.
Weigh samples for analysis
Fluxing, firing, knock-up and cupellation of samples
Ensure correct procedures are used and adhered to
Follow QHSE procedure
This role has the potential to get exposure to other departments and mineral testing processes, including fire assay analysis, sample weighing and preparation.

Reliable and keen to work
Physically fit, prepared to carry out manual tasks
Have the ability to follow set procedures and good attention to detail
Be willing to work as part of a team with a high focus on quality & safety
What is the roster:
Monday to Friday roster – Day shift, early starts with early finishes
Please note that as part of the recruitment process you must be able to pass a medical which includes a drug and alcohol test and routine blood testing.
